RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

You may exercise your right of withdrawal without justification within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products, and we will issue a refund.

You can return products by sending an email to info@fepadiet.es. Please be sure to include your order number.

Products must be delivered to our facilities at C/ Santa Ana Baja 41 Sto A within the specified time frame. The direct costs incurred by the return must be borne by the customer.

The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original seal and packaging. We will not accept the return of any product that has been opened or shows signs of tampering.

In the event that the product is damaged, you will also need to attach a photograph of the packaging and the product. In this case, the company will be responsible for replacing the product at no cost to the customer.
