Shipping and delivery
The shipping cost will be €3.99 for orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping will be free for orders over €30 to mainland Spain and over €50 to the Balearic Islands.
The usual delivery time is 24-48* business hours following the business day on which the order is placed (provided that orders are placed on business days from Monday to Friday). Orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends and holidays will always be counted as if they had been placed on the next business day before 2:00 p.m.
Delivery time to the Balearic Islands is 48-96* business hours.
*There may be a delay in delivery for reasons beyond our control.
In the event of stock shortages or supply delays, we will contact you to inform you of the delay in delivery or to make any changes. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel your order and you will be refunded the amount paid.
At this time, we do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Home delivery by courier service.
If an order is shipped and the delivery details entered by the customer are incorrect, when a new shipment is generated, the costs incurred for this reason must be paid by the customer (€3.99).
If you have entered incorrect information for the order shipment and it has not yet been shipped, you can send an email to info@fepadiet.es, indicating the desired change, and in that case, no additional costs will be incurred.

Refunds and returns
You may exercise your right of withdrawal without justification within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products, and we will issue a refund.
You can return products by sending an email to info@fepadiet.es. Please be sure to include your order number.
Products must be delivered to our facilities at C/ Santa Ana Baja 41 Sto A within the specified period. The direct costs incurred by the return must be borne by the customer.
The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original seal and packaging. We will not accept the return of any product that has been opened or shows signs of tampering.
In the event that the product is damaged, you will also need to attach a photograph of the packaging and the product. In this case, the company will be responsible for replacing the product at no cost to the customer.

To cancel an order free of charge, you must do so before it is shipped.
